Los coaches, por ejemplo, son oyentes muy efectivos. \u00bfQuieres crear una mejor conexi\u00f3n con tus colaboradores, empleados o familiares? Entonces, escucha como un coach. Aqu\u00ed te indico c\u00f3mo:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escuchar para entender<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La gente a menudo \u00aboye\u00bb sin realmente escuchar. Solo est\u00e1n pensando en lo que van a decir a continuaci\u00f3n. \u00bfAlguna vez has hecho eso? Dale a la otra persona toda tu atenci\u00f3n y haz que sea algo obvio para ellos. Conc\u00e9ntrate en la sensaci\u00f3n y la apertura. Haz contacto visual sostenido y mant\u00e9n una expresi\u00f3n abierta en tu rostro. Recuerda que esa persona frente a ti es alguien complejo. Por lo tanto, aborda cada conversaci\u00f3n como una experiencia interesante. Que puedes aprender qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 pasando con esa persona. \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes ayudarlos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 nueva conciencia pueden crear juntos?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si\u00e9ntete libre de hacer<a href=\"https:\/\/thesocialleadershipcoach.com\/es\/hazte-estas-5-preguntas-poderosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>preguntas clarificadores<\/strong><\/a>,Pero no exageres. Escucha m\u00e1s, habla menos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No juzgues<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A los gerentes se les paga para juzgar. Ellos juzgan los mercados, las situaciones y las personas. Lo m\u00e1s probable es que est\u00e9s juzgando sin darte cuenta. Los coaches escuchan de manera activa y curiosa, pero sin juzgar. Es una habilidad dif\u00edcil de dominar, pero hace toda la diferencia el concentrarse en escuchar. Esto requiere pr\u00e1ctica.
