Un profesor de una escuela de negocios me dijo una vez: \u00abEl liderazgo no se trata de conocer las respuestas correctas, sino de hacer las preguntas correctas\u00bb. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una pregunta poderosa?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Una pregunta poderosa te hace reflexionar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo obvio. Es algo que crea conciencia. Abre puertas a una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda y puede alterar el curso de eventos. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thesocialleadershipcoach.com\/es\/la-introspeccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Introspecci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>, por ejemplo, requiere de este tipo de pregunta. Es la pregunta de descubrimiento por excelencia. Sin un \u00abpor qu\u00e9\u00bb, no tendr\u00edamos progreso ni compromiso. Uno de mis ejercicios favoritos para investigar las causas ra\u00edz son<a href=\"https:\/\/kanbanize.com\/lean-management\/improvement\/5-whys-analysis-tool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Los 5 por qu\u00e9 que se pregunta Toyota<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Otra variante poderosa es preguntar \u00abpor qu\u00e9 no\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es importante?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Esta pregunta te anima a concentrarte en lo que importa. Las personas s\u00f3lo tienden a mirar lo que es conveniente o urgente. Entonces, preguntarse: \u00ab\u00bfqu\u00e9 es importante para m\u00ed?\u00bb o \u00ab\u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo importante aqu\u00ed?\u00bb centra la conversaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs esa tu percepci\u00f3n o realidad?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Hazte esta pregunta para explorar creencias limitantes.
