\u00a1Hola amigos! Como la mayor\u00eda de ustedes, actualmente estoy en cuarentena. Por lo tanto, he decidido verlo como una estad\u00eda o un retiro<\/a> por unas semanas. Me estoy tomando un breve descanso para recargar energ\u00edas y cuidarme. Todos necesitamos tiempo para volver a conectarnos con nosotros mismos en estos tiempos extra\u00f1os. Es muy importante que volvamos a aprender el arte de descansar y relajarse. No solo ayuda a prevenir la aparici\u00f3n de muchas enfermedades que se desarrollan a trav\u00e9s de la tensi\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica y la preocupaci\u00f3n; nos permite despejar nuestras mentes, enfocarnos y encontrar soluciones creativas a los problemas.<\/p>\n
