Esto me hizo pensar en la importancia del verdadero DESCANSO (s\u00ed, en may\u00fasculas). Necesitas descansar tu cuerpo, mente y alma para darle lo mejor al mundo. Aqu\u00ed hay algunos consejos sobre c\u00f3mo hacerlo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dormir<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>El sue\u00f1o es la piedra angular del descanso y <a href=\"https:\/\/thesocialleadershipcoach.com\/es\/rutina-antes-de-acostarte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>de cuidar de t\u00ed mismo<\/strong><\/a>.  Busca dormir 8 horas por la noche con un sue\u00f1o de calidad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practica la conciencia plena<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La conciencia plena es como la hermana m\u00e1s moderna de la meditaci\u00f3n. Se trata de la respiraci\u00f3n profunda y la conciencia de tu cuerpo. Se trata de estar en el presente para calmar tu mente exaltada. Mayo Clinic recomienda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/consumer-health\/in-depth\/mindfulness-exercises\/art-20046356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>varias t\u00e9cnicas de conciencia plena<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toma descansos al azar<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Al\u00e9jate de la locura de su rutina durante unos minutos a lo largo del d\u00eda.
