Leadership coaching for purpose-driven people
We’re Cristina and Gloria Custodio—sisters and leadership coaches supporting women, other coaches, and changemakers who want to lead with integrity, clarity, and care — especially during periods of transition, burnout, or reinvention.
We created The Social Leadership Coach to support the people who carry so much: the vision, the weight, the responsibility, and the hope for a better future. We know what that’s like—not just professionally, but personally. And we know that leadership doesn’t have to feel so lonely, so exhausting, or so out of alignment.
This is a space for learning, reflection, and renewal. A place where leaders can breathe, ask the hard questions, and reconnect with their purpose.
We believe this work should feel better—and we’re building the kind of coaching practice we wish we’d had earlier: rooted in equity, built on care, and designed for real people navigating real complexity.
Our Story
We’ve always believed that love, curiosity, and collaboration can change the world.
As sisters, we’ve followed different paths—through law, education, business, and social change—but we kept circling back to the same core question: How do we lead in a way that sustains us instead of depleting us?
The Social Leadership Coach grew out of that question. It’s our way of answering the call we kept hearing from others too: the nonprofit directors, school leaders, movement organizers, and mid-career professionals wondering how to keep going without losing themselves.
