Hi friends! As most of you, I am currently in self-quarantine. So, I have decided to look at it as a staycation for a few weeks. I am taking a short break to recharge and take care of myself. We all need time to reconnect with ourselves in these odd times. I will be back with new blog articles soon.

It’s very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.

Donate to local organizations that help neighbors in need

Cook

Laugh at myself

Reflect

Meditate
